DESCRIPTION:
30s silver floral brocade dress shoes. These pumps are made of the most beautiful floral brocade fabric and feature a rounded toe and 3" heel. The maker is Sorority Steppers.
These are probably one of the oldest pairs of shoes we've got which is crazy because they're some of the largest in size - which is crazy because most women of that time period would not have worn that size of a shoe. So this pair of shoes is kind of a unicorn! And they're in really good condition for being almost a hundred years old!
I imagine they were wedding or formal shoes at the time, but they are in great shape upon initial inspection. Just the epitome of 30s feminine glamour. I can hear Doris Day in the background singing 'Slow Boat to China' now...
