Shipping
Until further notice, shipping / handling is included in the price of all orders.
We are unable to deduct any amount off of the total for in store pickup orders.
All items ship via the United States Post Office.
To help ensure that your item arrives safely & in a timely manner, all items include Delivery of Confirmation with tracking information.
IMPORTANT: Any item valued over $300 will require a signature.
- At this time we only ship to destinations within the US States and it's providences.
**We do not ship Internationally.**
- Items ship within 3 business days of a confirmed, approved order.
Holidays or bad weather may cause additional delays. If you need your order shipped in a different time frame, email us before you place your order. We'll do what we can to accommodate you.
- Any shipping upgrades or rush delivery may be arranged at the expense of the buyer. Message us for any adjustments to your total price before purchasing
- Additional insurance/tracking information with shipping upgrades is required and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please be sure all of your information is correct when placing your order (shipping address, email address, phone number).
The Hip Zipper nor it's employees will be held responsible for lost packages due to buyer information error.
- Multiple product orders will be shipped in a single shipment unless otherwise requested.
- We use the smallest package we can, within reason (sometimes a poly mailer envelope). In this case, items may need to be steamed upon arrival.
