DESCRIPTION:
70s blue chambray cotton novelty wrap skirt. Skirt has an appliqué of 4 assorted tulips on the front.
I got a collection of skirts from a woman who was a school teacher in the 70s. This skirt was part of that collection. She had wrap skirts with appliqués of roosters, flowers, apples with worms peeking out of them, Easter Bunnies, mushrooms, sailboats, turtles, strawberries and pretty much everything indicative of the 70s.
I want to think that all of her students got good grades solely because she wore these skirts. That's the power of fashion.
